Turning a scattered spiritual page into a structured, conversion-ready brand in one month.
Rebuilding a spiritual astrology page on Instagram: a new bio, a booking path, anchor posts, and 300 scattered followers turned into an engaged, growing audience.
The situation
Good content, no structure. 300 followers going nowhere.
Shukra by Aarya is a spiritual page where the founder debunks popular myths, corrects goal-setting narratives, and offers astrology-backed advice rooted in historical and cultural context. Real, purposeful content, but none of it was working together.
The account had 300 followers and some reels already posted, but no clear bio, no highlights, no pinned content, no lead generation path. A visitor landing on the page had no way of knowing what the page was about, what was being offered, or how to work with Aarya. Traffic was arriving and leaving without converting.
What I did
Five targeted fixes to turn a page into a working brand.
Bio rewrite
Rewrote the profile bio to clearly communicate who Aarya is, what the page offers, and who it's for, in under 150 characters.
Highlights setup
Designed and set up three highlight covers (Services, About, and How to Book), giving every new visitor an instant orientation without scrolling the feed.
2 anchor carousel posts
Created two pinned carousel posts: one explaining what the page does and who it helps, one laying out how to work with Aarya. Both pinned to the top of the profile so every visitor sees them first.
Lead gen path
Set up a Calendly booking link in the bio and added consistent DM prompts across content, so interested followers always know the next step.
Reel editing + captions
Edited a reel and wrote its caption in Aarya's own voice.
The results
140% growth in followers and engagement. One month.
The growth came from organising what was already there and giving visitors a reason to follow and get in touch.
Key learnings
Fixing the profile mattered more than posting more.
- Visitors judge the profile first. The new bio and pinned posts gave first-time visitors a reason to trust the page and follow. A profile has to explain itself before anyone reads a single post.
- Give people a way to book. Without a booking link and a DM prompt, interested followers had nowhere to go. The Calendly link gave them a direct way to book.
- Structure first, volume later. Shukra already had content. It needed highlights, pins and a clear order, and sorting that out did more than extra posts would have.
